In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SY Group, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right.
